Bounce.Level is the first level I built in Super Mario Maker 2. It’s a very basic level using note blocks as a core mechanic, presenting the player with increasingly difficult challenges based on that single mechanic.
Bounce.Level is the first level I built in Super Mario Maker 2. It’s a very basic level using note blocks as a core mechanic, presenting the player with increasingly difficult challenges based on that single mechanic.
Spooky Boxes is a horror themed, setpiece-based level. Featuring a couple of simple exploration-based puzzles.
Mechanism Bridge is my first attempt at a speed-run type of level. The obstacles push the player towards a heavy use of the sprint button, and the real challenge is trying to get through it as fast as possible, through well-timed jumps.
This is my second attempt at a speedrun-type level. It has a tighter focus on sprint-based gameplay, featuring multiple “failsafe routes” that allow the player to continue through the level even after failing one or two jumps.
This level re-purposes bullet bills as a traversal mechanic.
Snake as ladder is an advanced “difficult” level. It’s designed around the snake block and features auto-scrolling.
